With this will be the dismantling of the ubiquitous U.S. presence throughout the world in the form of 1) global military bases, 2) satellite regimes propped up with 'foreign aid,' and 3) wars and other covert activities to promote U.S. interests.What concerns me with the dismantling of the U.S. empire is that other interests (most particularly our largest creditor) will fill the void through military escalation, leapfrogging the U.S. in naval capabilities, and will begin to exert its muscle just as the U.S. recedes.

I for one, will NEVER attend or promote your services, and I will ALWAYS actively communicate my negative experience with your high pressure sales staff for the rest of my investing career on any and all investment forums that I'm a part of, which happens to only be BP.

Most of us are using social media, in some form or another, to promote our real estate investing activities.

It gives you layouts, templates and marketing copy to promote your services and deals to investors.

The only item that I am trying to promote are Not For Profit REIA events in Philadelphia.

I'm not sure what the term is for these sleeper advocates is for selling commercial interests in forums, but what happens is that someone asks about some company an then you'll see rather new posters jump in with great praise an promote it with personal endorsements, some get paid to do so.So, new posters are often suspect since they are unknown in the forums.I suppose I may be a little a little closed-minded in that respect but it comes from years on here with thousands of posts an the experiences with these promoters.You are correct, the question was who has experience with the company.

There is also a junky house on the property that may or may not need torn down> I am promoting it as a mobile with land for $25K      MY QUESTIONS :  I kind of planned on whomever buys it paying cash, but am afraid that I'll be bombarded with people who THINK they will be getting a bank loan, and in the end will not be able to because of the mobile home factor or the condition (its decent, but will still need some work).
