@Jonathan Cronkite depending on where you are (you tagged Orlando, but your profile says Melbourne) Are you in a resort style community that has a clubhouse with pool/spa or lazy river etc.

Or do you have a "property of last resort"? 

It says it covers insurance, too, but I'm wondering if that's resort insurance vs. insurance for the unit itself.

I know a lot of resorts in northern MN really struggle to make it.
