I'm not sure how old you are but you must recall college life, particularly off campus living. just a few concerns: furnished units have to be covered on your insurance which will effect your premium.you gotta be mindful of damages to the furniture in addition to the rest of the place. not everyone will havesticky fingers but be prepared for the occasional theft during transition at the student occupied units. the bedbug epidemic comes into play particular with the more traffic. again, its my coin. feel free to disagree.kudos,Mary

If you're buying SFR I would recommend checking out the donut counties too, and staying outside the belt for an easier play on appreciation.

I think that definitely plays a huge role in the that rental market pricing and being a 3bd 2.5ba it should be able to always keep someone in the property.I'm definitely on the fence and I appreciate your feedback.

You will need to play very "by-the-book" to make sure that you don't accrue code violations and fines in your personal name as they will be substantially easier to prosecute against your individual person vs a corporate structure.
