To me, it looks like that crack appeared or got bigger since the last paint job.

I would absolutely love to have a standardized paint color scheme or standard list of colors, but I havent gotten anywhere close on that.

Ultimate goal is to do BRRR but for now, with my full time job am looking into buying multi-family and rehabbing a little, usually new paint, simple fixes. 

I might also note the paint and carpet in this house is 20 years old.If I smoked outside it would be even less of an issue.

Hi @Jacob Tudor,I think I can help simplify this conundrum for you.You hired someone to do a job, and gave them the materials to do that job (your financial paperwork, etc, is the same as providing a painter with paint and paintbrushes).

Hope I painted a good enough picture for your guys' evaluation on my current situation..just look for some advice on taking on a flip or buying rental property considering I don't have a job.
