While they can be a pain enforcing nit-picky rules, I personally find it comforting to know that the next door neighbor will not be starting a doggie day care or running child care out of the home or parking commercial vehicles on the street, ruining my chance to find decent tenants as most people do not want to live next door to a place of business.

I believe that if a tenant brings all their own heavy appliances like refrigerators, washers, and dryers, that they are less likely to move, because they are heavy and a pain to move.6.

Get copies of everything, receipts, etc before leaving the title company.It's entirely plausible the wholesaler won't show you the PA in the beginning of the relationship, ask the wholesaler to give you a copy of the PA with the price blackened out.
