The second mortgage was attached to an alternate spelling of the owner's name and for some reason I'm still unable to do a record search by legal description of the property (name) on the Palm Beach Clerk's online system.

It doesn't go on their record, you don't go to court, and it is just a NOTICE to them that their rent has not been received.But even though it is just a Notice, it is imperative you send it to the tenants the first day rent is late because you can't even begin the eviction process unless that Notice has been sent.

anyone found a company that does rental loans that you have had or know someone who has done business with said company...........I have used inland capital in east wa ...and eastside lending in Seattle WA.......both fund no upfront fee .....but all short loans looking for a rental loan company with good record........advice?
