I have one small problem I need help solving.My question is what are my options on qualifying for a loan if the property is more than what I qualify for?

I am listing one of my properties for sale.

Contacted my city rental licensing ( i live in one of those cities where landlords are required to have their properties licensed) and was told my only requirement with them was to have the basic city rental license.

I had to mail mine in MULTIPLE times because each time they received it, they found YET another thing to reject it for (not signed properly, points not categorized under each broker, business entity not organized properly, etc. etc. ) - imagine how backwards this is when they could just go through the entire application and tell you in one shot all the deficiencies you need to rectify and to mail it back again. 

One unit is a 1/1 rented for $900 and the other is a 2/1 that could rent for $1,200-1,300.

tough one most notes I have hypothicated lender would only go 50% of UPB 

I am building personal residence on the one 22 acre parcel and farming the 70 acre parcel.

We will use appraised market rents in both of those scenarios.Typical target closing timeline is four weeks from appraisal payment. 10-14 days for upfront processing and all third-party items to be returned like appraisal, title, and insurance; 10-14 days allocated for underwriting and closing. 

Which ones are the most painful?

Maybe women as a whole arent interested in these jobs or flipping houses > On my jobs the the women work as designers for the hard surface company.. we have a few women I see working for the sheet rock company doing the fine detial mudding and patch work and well when I was in the logging business one of my loggers his sister ran the log loader and was very good swinging those logs on to the truck..
