Lawton, Oklahoma. https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/lawton-oklahoma-is-the-be...I used data from The Market Finder https://www.biggerpockets.com/markets and AirDNA.coI found out Lawton is one of the Market Finder's picks hottest 25 LTR also.Here are a few caveats before people tell me how wrong I am.1) I probably have a location bias, as I am primarily in Texas and the Southeast markets.

.- Buy a house / 4 plex, take one of the rooms / units, and rent out the rest- Family can just come and stay with the Nephew when needed. - Build out the equity on the house while living at reduced price (hopefully) due to charged rent.  

I utilized an assumable loan (all VA and FHA loans are assumable by law) for my most recent home purchase and am hoping to do this again for my next one!

What do you find is the most effective way to ensure guests leave a review and hopefully a good one?

There are already 3 tenants bringing in a total of $7500 in rental income, if one moves out so I can owner occupy I make $5000.
