Being low income can afford you some dog-gone nice areas.

One nice thing is that I don't need to worry about a 1031 as the properties will be reassessed.I think there are a lot better opportunities out there and that these three properties are "weak equity" and should be doing much better for me.I would love to hear your ideas.

Area is really nice and I think the home prices in the area reflect that.

Back on topic, the easiest way to build a website is to use WordPress and buy nice, commercial template for $25-$50.

One of the properties i own is a very nice town home that i bought bank owned for 70k ( I also own this free and clear).

She was well dressed and had a nice car, was very articulate and looked like a great candidate for success.She relapsed, ended back in treatment, and gave the keys to my place to a lady leaving treatment who remained nameless.

Fortunately, my company decided to relocate our site to other company locations, thus eliminating my job (except for a potential relo) with a nice good bye gift, so the decision was greatly helped along.

It's a nice city with big buildings but no people.
