Hi @Patrick G Ndouniama, a few thoughts.I would be wary about the location--"commercial zone" with a recycling company and a waste water treatment plant nearby?

I’m going to use AIRDNA, find out what the liabilities look like for me to be able to allow guests to bring horses if they so choose, and also look into the nearby town which isn’t huge, but I think has potential for cleaners / maintenance guys and it’s about 25 minutes away from my house. - Alec

The Lee-Harvard area of Cleveland is nearby and while its not Shaker I think that it is another good area to be in.

Given global climate change, this trend appears to be worsening.Most of the people who use the rinky dink Poconos ski slopes are locals from neighboring towns who live nearby & make day trips over to ski.

I was recently pre qualified, my area the housing is almost twice the amount of what is pre qualified for, a little timid about investing in an area that is not near by.

I checked the normal things the Newbies do, visited the property, saw the elementary school and middle school nearby, I figured it was at least a few miles away from Euclid Ave.
