If you haven't been through an eviction, it is very time consuming, exhausting, and costly....especially in Chicago!!!

@William Murrell  The LLC one is exhausting because few of the people asking have meaningful assets to protect, which is the most relevant factor in answering the question.  

I've heard that the market nationally is really stacked so has the mentality of find the deal and the money will come died? 

Many of the posters I see here on BP come from the consumer "scarcity" mentality instead of the entrepreneurial abundance mentality.

Sure sometimes I contact a one off person I met but it is usually after I have exhausted by other investors.

In fact, besides being physically frail, we're even wondering if she has all her mental faculties.
