SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE.THE LAST TIME I CHECKED STEEL IS STEEL.

LOLIn the last year 40% + of home purchases were made with NO financing.  

Last and most importantly, 99.9% of BP posters who are concerned with asset protection and/or believe anonymity will somehow protect them can’t even articulate what they are protecting against and that’s what leads to unnecessary time and expense spent on flawed asset protection practices. 

I have one of these units that I just purchased last year. 

If it's been a long-term tenant, we plan to have them repaint. 

Also, an amortization schedule is usually a good tool to have to show the amounts based on how long you have been in the loan.  

I learned SO much reading and editing BiggerPockets contributors that I turned around and did a bunch of my own deals — a flip, 2 house hacks, 2 short-term rentals, and one long term.

Consider long-term goals and exit strategies. 

The entire effort took way too long, took a lot of work, took a lot of money.
