If you haven't looked into the C-site dam, that will the largest job in Western canada if not canada going - oil's at a standstill which put s down the big four sites up north at maybe 60 percent man power if not less. c-site is a ten year ish job to.

My husband is a contractor and we've been looking to move towards rehab & flipping in Suffolk County on Long Island and have decided it's time to do it instead of just thinking about it.

I think Staten Island has so much potential to grow in the next few years.   

I would suggest looking in the close by neighborhoods of Oceanside, island park, and long beach.
