I have found some info on the home and it turns out the owner "lives" there on paper but this property isnt fit to live in in current state (Front door open, broken windows, landscape overgrown, etc.).

Good evening and Happy New Year.For a single family home, what is the common practice in NJ (if there is such a thing) for landscaping (maintenance), snow removal and pest control; who should be responsible for those, landlord or tenant?

I’m wondering if anyone in this group could offer some advice in this area, things to look out for, and just general beginner tips.
