Eventually causing me to stay overnight, duhh..So, at what point does residency become an issue if I have a loan (FHA or VA) that requires occupancy?

There are certainly issues including how many and what types of properties you can sell with these methods and to whom, but most of those are consumer protection issues.  

If you're willing to do that you won't have issues getting a loan based on what you're saying.  

That is not possible within IRS rules, other than by taking a (potentially taxable) distribution from the IRA.The questions I would suggest you ask are related to keeping the Roth IRA as a tax-sheltered vehicle.  

When a note gets sold to another company, the buyer has no say in if/how that gets done - - just notice of where to send the next payment.(4) The Purchase Offer (or Commercial Offer) look exactly the same for Seller financing.(5) But of course - - the escrow/title company will issue a Settlement Statement and your expenses are noted there.

The scope of that project was very similar and was $110,000, but he emphasized that there were multiple issues with that particular property.

I don't ever park my dumpster on the street but rather in the back however I can make it work- no issues to this point

I would certainly do the due diligence of having an inspector check out property before committing to anything to get a full scope of any issues needing to be addressed.
