I had absolutely no background in real estate or even any prior knowledge of the real estate industry prior to finding Bigger Pockets and so far it has been the greatest resource a newbie like myself could ask for.As far as goals go… Long term I would like to eventually generate enough income from rental properties to be able to only work as a nurse 2-3 days a week as a hobby as I genuinely love my job.

I have a real estate agent sending me properties that she already has under contract and she doesn't have any buyers, she is also charging a non refundable $5000 like New Western but she doesn't work for them or any other wholesaling agency that are like them, she works for a brokerage. my question is should I try to joint venture with her?
