@Mason Warnimont you could try the generic message of “Hi my name is.... if you are interested or know anyone interested in selling their house please call me” instead of a direct target to the specific house you are looking to buy.

You send people a generic letter like that with a picture of their house, and if you look closely you see the misses on the pooper through the window... 

In my area, towns will bust you for it so people do a generic sign with burner numbers.

I use Excel pretty much exclusively but am getting the need for some supplemental software to keep track of Business Cards, Invoices, PM Reports, Receipts, etc...

However, the postcards are pretty generic so I thought I would order my own cards to be sent out.

Also, most of the mail-houses that have templates for letters are the same generic messages anyway, so don't think their letter gets you magic results.
