I grew up with a father, uncle and grandfather that all owned their own businesses and to me it seemed natural, now living here most of my wife's family either works for or retired from GM and they all have the mentality of a worker her father retired after 40 years, and I talked to him and he flat out told me that he hated probably 30 of those years.
