Hey Everyone,I've been walking properties for months now, diligently running numbers, and preparing myself to begin making offers through my agent.Since I'm determined for 2019 to be the year I finally break into the game, I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for reputable contractors in the Albany area.

Not knowing you.. your just a bill to them when they finally do send you the rents,  they do not do much to build a relationship with you for your mutual growth.Not knowing your Tenant.  

I finally decided to start learning how to do something about it.

I have been reading post and listening to podcast for the last six to eight months; and, we finally progressed from learning to securing a deal. 

We're also able to invest about the same capital each year for further acquisitions.
