Honestly, this seems pretty unethical.  

With that being said, this was my very first property and I want some honest feedback.

The young man was a pleasure to work with and was very honest and professional, so we moved forward.  

Any help finding potential buyers would be extremely appreciated (plus, of course, you would have a free stay at our gorgeous hotel when you visit Portugal!

They are extremely hungry, super friendly, knowledgeable and will wrap up your mortgage insanely fast.

My understanding of the market there is that it is strong for the midwest: reasonable population growth, good jobs, solid neighborhoods, good cap rates, etc.Because I'm quite busy, I don't have the time (or willpower, to be honest) to hunt for deals myself, find contractors to renovate, and do all that work myself.

In other words, extreme but spesific situations which can occur. 

However, with the proper people and systems in place this type of business can become extremely passive as well. 

@Alexia Hogan  Try listening to bigger pockets podcast 37 and 42 both do an extremely well job of explaining all of the basics there’s also another one I believe it was number 12.  

Honestly for the first one, I think saving everything in the first year or two to build a cushion is not a bad idea.
