I LOVE small businesses, and it's a great way to get some extra income. 

One of my places is primarily weekends...but that can mean anything from the typical Fri - Sun, to Thurs - Sun, or Thurs - Mon, Fri - Tues, Etc......a LOT of people like to tack on an extra day for travel or whatever....Maybe you can just list it on VRBO or wherever and see what people want?

If you can add an extra bedroom that can be a big one, both in property value and rental value.

if they do well or as predicted, i will start my sabbatical 2024, if they don't do well, i would work an extra year or two. i would also consider exiting a DST when they mature if they're not to my liking since my tax bracket would be lower in 7-8 years when DSTs normally mature.

I guess I’ll just have to spend the money extra time doing each calculation out on paper it seems like a bunch of people have had this problem.

@Tyler Smerz - If you can qualify for a conventional loan and can afford the extra 1.5% down payment, I'd recommend going that route over FHA so that you can save yourself some money on the Mortgage insurance cost.
