How would KFC benefit from selling its secret recipe to competitors?

@Michael Randle Essentially ground rent is an antiquated system whereby one person (or entity) owns the right to collect ground rent fees.

I would focus on finding the best deal you can based on what you are learning on BP, buy a ton of equity on deal one and enjoy the benefits of an FHA loan.

These two incentives combined can add up to $7000+ in move in costs alone never mind first and last months rent.So....considering that most people who can afford $3,000+ dollar apartments usually have good steady jobs, and are not the types of people who let their dogs crap all over their place, eat the woodwork, or otherwise destroy their home, I’m wondering what benefit I really get from having a deposit on hand.

I'm the benefits holder for the family so I'm not able just to stop and go all in until we're making what I am currently making a year.

I know many resources are paid-for, so I would like to get a better idea of the benefits of certain sites before shelling out the dinero.Thanks!

Ask yourself, “What benefit is there in having that unit vacant?”

@Daniel - Have you considered ways to see a return on your property without increasing rent on your tenants, and maybe in a way that benefits them as well?
