I’m surprised there are computers and electronics for you folks to communicate. 

Leasing is electronic and built into the PM tool, advertising and showing scheduling too.I would not trust a system to select a tenant anymore than I would on AirBNB.

I'm admittedly a camera rookie, especially one of this caliber, but a friend of mine in the electronics industry pushed us towards this one for all the reasons I've mentioned.Good luck!

Some nice paintings and art prints (gallery quality) could be consigned to a local non-profit upscale consignment shop that splits 50/50 and they donate their proceeds back into the community to support local non-profit service agencies.  

@Art Frasik   ITS ALL ON  the individual... and like I said my experience of owning brokerages indicates that some will rise to the top others will fade away..

I use a guy that does excellent work  and has this state of the art equipment  and you can definitely tell the difference.  

I think its an art to find a well-maintained condo with low maintenance fees relative to rental income.

At that point we answer their questions and either have them electronically sign or meet us at our office to sign if they feel more comfortable.

I own a flat where i installed an electronic keypad lock which have worked amazing.
