Wanted to share with everyone the home that my Co has built that beats the code in energy efficiency by 62%.It's 13,000 sq ft (not including 4 car garage).The average winter temp inside of the home is 75 degrees from 6 am till 11p and 72 degrees at night.In the summer interior temp is 74 degrees with humidity of 30%.Average monthly heating, cooling and electric bill is under $200
