the buyer is allowing me to live in the house for 60 more days until i find an apartment.. up until now for the past 4 years the bank has paid for all of my utilities im wondering they will they shut off my electricity now that the house has been sold?

It's an old building but solid most plumbing and electrical are updated.2.

New larger electrical box, new meter box etc. 

I’m going to have the foundation, doors, windows, roofing, exterior sheathing, rough in plumbing and electric, done by a contractor.  

We put new carpet in and replaced vandalised electric and plumbing.We intended it to be a long term rental but the market took off and we sold for 42,000.

Each unit has electric heat and would be paid for by the tenant.

These homes are like vintage automobiles, you restore them to their original state to multiple their value. 

That one provider that does cover a home with electrical wall heaters, they refused to offer coverage because the home is too old.
