A Personal Umbrella can not go over a Commercial policy and a Commercial policy can not go over personal policies.2)  Many Umbrella companies will not do multiple states on a single policy.At the end of the day you have to decide if you are ok with multiple Umbrellas or want a single one for efficiencies
