The other argument would be to stay where I am and be more efficient. 

Technically my job isn't requiring me to move (I can be based out of anywhere), but moving to another city with better transportation would improve work efficiency. 

Hello everyone, I was wondering what the most efficient and quickest method of evicting someone from a property you just purchased at a foreclosure auction is? 

I myself am also looking to buy a property in the US and am currently figuring out a way to do it most efficiently.

A Personal Umbrella can not go over a Commercial policy and a Commercial policy can not go over personal policies.2)  Many Umbrella companies will not do multiple states on a single policy.At the end of the day you have to decide if you are ok with multiple Umbrellas or want a single one for efficiencies. 

And we were able to do this a pennies on the dollar because we are fast and efficient.

You have to have a website, FAQs, eforms, surveys, systems, etc...stuff that gives you leverage and buys you time with efficiencies.
