Am I being negatively impacted by being a HomeAway originated listing vs a legacy VRBO listing? 

Almost every major religion has something like this sort of prohibition in place against making significant life-changing decisions right after a death, cultural wisdom built up over thousands of years.

Staged homes make such an impact on buyers  just from the photos alone - who wants to look at empty corners all day long?! 

BTW, I ran the avg rents for the area in Realtors Property Resource (RPR), it comes out to $764, and that includes the cultural/hip areas, so you might want to bring that down to $750 at most.

And, maxing out credit cards has a negative impact on your credit score and ability to obtain other credit (my former banker experience coming out here). 

But you have to lead by example and let people know about your love of REI and how it is impacting your life in what you describe in a positive way (I mean who pays off 40K of debt in two weeks and doesn't think that is AWESOME!!!!). 

It is primarily to a landlords advantage and has no negative impact on good quality tenants. 

What would be the cost to develop and obviously using a local builder that knows the area and the culture.
