I was looking to build my investment account with a fix and flip How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My credit score is above 700, I don't have much debt (5k on a credit card and 20k student loans). 

As someone new looking to get started and hopefully set myself up for retirement in ~15 years, is that enough time or should I just put all my money in a brokerage account and save myself a lot of aggravation ? 

For example, if the total asking price is $300,000 and the 3/2 house accounts for 60% of the total bedrooms and bathrooms, you could assign $180,000 to that house and $120,000 to the 2/1 house.

Then a company will have to get a business checking account rather than a "personal" checking account; business account fees are higher, and so are the minimum balances to avoid fees.

I had taken into account, so far at least, how beneficial this platform is and I’m beginning to get antiquated with it, i appreciate your advice and will act on this!
