The ADA governs public facilities like hotels, libraries, restaurants etc, the ACAA governs flight accommodation, the HUD's fair housing act governs rentals and their term is "assistance animals" and they lumped SA and ESA together.No you cannot charge deposits or rent for them.Yes 99% of those ESA are bogus.Many people say don't accept online letters and ask for a real doctor you can verify.
