Why not just follow Tom McElroy’s tax advice from rich dad books & ignore all middle class savings tools including IRA’s, 401ks etc.

This particular property was in a location where inventory moves a little slower (but not too much slower) and the layout was flawed by design with few options to correct it.

If I recall correctly, the NY procedural rules expressly require the foreclosing party to record of Lis Pendens and do all this online reporting with the NYDFS.

Since discovering removal possible on Saturday with or without tenant present, i have decided to proceed with eviction should this info be correct and providing my writ of possession does not have a deadline on serving .
