My current goal is to generate enough cash flow to get my children through college and be able to enjoy my retirement.

I don't enjoy it, and am not great at it.  

Honestly we also enjoy knowing what is going on with the property, too. 

Sounds a little crazy, but we enjoy the adventure.

BUT, it's maybe 10 days to closing, I am in Europe enjoying my honeymoon, and they tell me they won't give me a loan.
