It's a complicated defense(as in costly) and pro se isn't the way to win on his part.If your lease expressly forbids pets, Post a three day quit notice, then on day four.... show up with a leash and collar, put the animals into cages, and remove them.

Lunch Meetings, Networking, and Conference Calls all help me break up being at my desk for hours on end word-smithing for SEO and Adwords campaigns and be productive at the same time.I also have found that being creative or active for at least an hour in the evenings has been a huge help to me in getting my brain to shut up so I can sleep at night, as well as allow me to get a new perspective on the job-specific creative problems by giving me another, completely different creative or physical challenge.

Well I work out of my home also, but have a small office with conference room for meetings.I agree with craig on his first point.Where you will run into difficulty ( if you have a home based business) is when you try to get funding and financing for your LLC such as unsecured business lines of credit, etc.........Most lenders like to see a physical office building and will sometimes google earth your business address to confirm that you do have one.Of course that is not in every case, but I do let business owners know about it.

It's unlikely that a change in value wouldn't be noted by an appraiser, especially given that the appraiser is the last line of defense for a lender when it comes to value.Imagine if the house got foreclosed upon, the lender got it back in bad condition, and then the lender found out that the appraiser KNEW ABOUT IT before the loan closed.
