But to be perfectly honest, I have some concerns when I read that Cayahoga County (Cleveland) has been bleeding population year over year.Thanks for your comment Tim,Ohio is a very undervalued and some of the deals we come across in Toledo and Dayton are unbelievable at times.Michigan is another market that has great potential IMO.I'm not worried about the "declining" population or "high" unemployment that is always pumped by the media.

@Phil Glantz made a good point, I also don't see any reason why you would want to use a custodian for a Solo 401k (unlike an IRA where custodian is required by law).The level of complexity that your talking about in your comment above is actually removed with truly self-directed Solo 401k.
