Account Closed The lawsuit I mentioned would be to quiet title — whether based upon the unrecorded POA, fraud, error, mistake, adverse possession, and/or anything else a local attorney could come up with that might be successful.

As soon as the deal closed, I submitted in my application for the Philadelphia Business Privilege License (which was received online pretty much immediately) and then applied for the Rental License (AKA Housing Inspection license) for my rental property (apparently takes 4-6 weeks).

Some brokerages use unlicensed assistants to answer the phones (which, at least in NJ, means all they can do is take a message if somebody is calling about a property), but then there is a fee applied to all agents to basically cover that expense.Definitely look closely at what is your bottom line yearly amount of fees/dues.

Because, you as the buyer will want written confirmation at closing that what's written in the lease is what is really taking place.
