I'd highly recommend checking out the local real estate networking events on meetup.com and coming to as many of those as you guys are able.One of the bigger ones, Oklahoma City Real Estate Investors Association, meets tonight (Thursday) at 7p.The investor community here is relatively small and most folks are willing to help you connect the dots.Feel free to reach out if you ever need help with anything specific!

The word is out... it's the place were I grew up and spend time with my brother and family.Beyond the city of Lancaster, Lititz is a great place to check out too.Good luck! 

Every city/town is different but ours requires a 10 day pay or quit notice before filing.

Now, July 2018, three new tenants move in and the city refuses to turn on the electricity in the tenants names because I do not have a business license.
