Perhaps the problem was that they had grown daughters who produced children like they were PEZ dispensers and these possum women tended to drop the offspring at mom and dads to raise while they went off on their merry way to produce more babies with every male they dated.

well yes you all are right.There's a couple who lives in sc.And the daughter and her children live in the house I'm attempting to purchase.A friend of mines was staying with the daughter in the house,and she saw the daughter,was up set.so come to find out.For 4 whole month the mortgage was not paid.So my friend ask me if I could buy it.So in order to stop forclosure, I agreed.I gave the farther a option to purchase agreement, with terms to asighn and sublet,but he want agree.

Tenant assures me he is not "living there", that he is the children's father and is there a lot but he sleeps somewhere else. 

I wouldn't want my children to share a wall with somebody who uses drugs, so I don't expect them to either.  

Alternatively, we pass the properties on to our 2 grown children.
