That same person that loves luxury cars might not care less about a traveling RV but a camper type person might see huge value in it.Maybe each time you hit a milestone for paying off some debt you could take a small vacation or go out to eat etc.Each time I close a commercial real estate transaction within a month or so I take a small 3 to 7 day trip to relax.

From a Florida trip when I was young, I aspired until my current age (20) to own a Real Estate Empire.

My friends think I am crazy to grocery shop at Walmart to save $20-30 a trip or to not drink much at all to save money on alcohol, but I can see the results so I keep moving forward.

Scouting, networking, team building trips?  

I think the play for a mountain property included some emotion as I was daydreaming a bit about future  family trips.  

Sorry guys, preparing to send my daughter to camp, and to go on a trip myself, so not a lot of time to look at my notes on this from the past year or so.

It looks like it's for a situation where someone wants to do it in two trips for some reason.
