Added to the 4 C's of borrowing (credit, capacity, collateral, & capital), commercial lending adds a fifth: Character.As a matter of fact, I have seen loans approved by local banks where character was the only thing that mattered.So you're on the right track by thinking about how to create a relationship with that lender.
