- Could you refi sometime in Summer/Fall once you've made some capital improvements and increase the rents?

I am looking to relocate to the Scottsdale area this summer from the San Jose and will be shifting careers as an estimator in const. to real estate/investing.

There is not a glut of properties for rent, especially in the summer.

I expect our market will continue to appreciate through the summer as well so delaying is in my favor in that aspect.

Summer is hot as Hell. 

It was cheap ( about $150 on amazon for 1000 Sqft) easy to install and reduced my summer attic temps by about 20 degrees.Another thought would be they do make clamp on AmpHour meters that monitor energy usage. 

So now, she is looking for short term housing while she relocates for the summer from Iowa to Tennessee.
