I have a few comments on this:1) Management software is buggy.

With these you are betting on scarcity (store of value) or want to use them to transfer value (money and trading).Ethereum, Algorand, Tezos, Cardano, EOS, Pokadot and others are more like software companies. 

Now with easy and free apps/websites there is no need for a fancy software to give the tenant the option to pay online. 

Just wanted to see if there is any income software I should be utilizing and things of that nature.

Hello, bigger pockets community does anyone know of a website or software that analyzes the property and tells you how much it should rent out for and the expected vacancy rates.

Some items are not even anymore in the house i.e carpet replaced with tiles..The tax software I use H&R does seem to just show the depreciation summary for each year and not the total.

I have used a free software called wave accounting to capture Profile & Loss reports and track major expenditures.

I want to know, has anyone ever used a software like Xactimate to lay out their floor plan and budget for the remodel.
