It is very good siding, fireproof and last forever if cared for the big drawback is they are brittle so a ball smacking them will crack or break them. all in all if it's in overall good shape I wouldn't do more than replace what needs replacing and paint. otherwise you could be shelling out big bucks

You are going to have to really dig in and pay attention to the answers you get.  

They are very high maintenance because I sell the properties on lease options two end buyers and they take care of the properties.

Also if anyone has had experience with turn key, where the management and everything is taken care of.I Appreciate any feedback.Thanks!!
