Can you plug 6 to 7 percent investor mortgage rates into those, im sure those were underwriten with lower rates sub 4.5.

Not currently wired for a doorbell but I'm thinking can either get it wired or use the indoor plug in option?

If the tenant reports the electric is out but the electrician determines they failed to plug their computer into an outlet, that is a tenant-caused service call and the tenant should be held responsible.
