Since the the housing market has appreciated so rapidly over the last few years, the wholesale business margins have gotten very thin and will continue to get thinner within the next year or two.If you want to start wholesaling properties with a lot of meat on the bone (profits), I would suggest looking East and Inland towards some of the areas where the affordable housing has shifted to such as Inland Empire, High Desert, Coachella Valley and any other markets that always tend to ride on the coattails of the Metro markets such as Los Angeles. 

They have interviewed many successful investors that started in the wholesaling business. 

I’m also open to continuing a lucrative partnership, and if we vibe well then let’s keep making money.In exchange, I want to manage the project and design and I have an eye for design, it’s called class, style, perfection!

Which in turn will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the area.

It’s a 5 minute drive from a major entertainment district, downtown business area, and near the crossroads of 2 interstates.

We would throw them in for free whenever a customer bought a solar system from us if they had an FPE panel or other outdated panel that wouldn't pass inspection (Zinsco's with their breakers melted to the busbar, Zinsco's rebranded as GTE-Sylvania (but not all GTE-Sylvania's), and some panels made by Challenger Electric, Westinghouse, Bryant that used a similar design as the Stab-lok/FPE for awhile but these are far less common and not all panels made by those brands are bad like FPE), split bus panels, fuse boxes, undersized 60-100A mains, etc.).

People who have no business being homeowners have the ability to buy homes.There is a balance between making home ownership attainable but not so attainable that it inadvertently brings way too many buyers in to play.
