Each performing note is selling for 80% of the value.Each non performing note is sold for 20% of the value.Are these typical values?

I believe it to be highly beneficial to perform real estate investing activities. 

I'm fortunate enough to have a tiny window of time to try and perform some due diligence here.

If you fail to perform he has recourse under that sale of the LLC interest.

I am sure no Realtor nor Investor wants their time to be wasted, and that is why it is good for us to all be clear on exactly the type of work we are trying to perform.

I'm assisting a friend who has a contract to buy a non-performing note on a property in the Tampa area.

I figure if I am able to have positive cash flow after accounting for the PMI, once I get 20% equity, I can refinance and I'll have an instant boost to my cash flow (who can complain with that). 

I am using this person for my non performing notes and foreclosure services. 

It has not performed very well, I should have just invested in a S&P 500 fund instead, it would have done a lot better. 

A good rehabber will gladly pay for a consistently performing capital provider.
