You will have much greater success dealing with local banks where the loan officers are often responsible for their book of business and have the ability and lee-way to make deals.

And yes, you can operate each from the same home office, what you can do is make it like a time share, and "book" each entities time, each being a pt operation..............OR........You could just get a LLC and not worry until you have 3+ properties

Go to a well stocked library and check out 10 or 15 good books, and devour them. 75% of the info will overlap, but the repetition is GOOD for you as a beginner.
