My biggest enemy in my pursuit was my self, I didn't really know what i didn't know in the beginning but perhaps more importantly i was not nearly as confident as i should have been with what i did know.  

Know the red flags before you hand over too much money this is the biggest problem finding good trustworthy people and also knowing when to let a bad contractor or agent go.

What your biggest struggle when it comes to finding deals?

The internet has quite a few good scales for counties/cities across the country showing max entitlement based on home type (SFH/multi 2/3/4).

The biggest obstacle is usually your ability to qualify for the loan, which is a function of DTI.

I know there are a lot of courses and internet gurus that are pitching it as an easy way to make money, but I think that all of the experienced wholesalers on here will attest to the fact that it is a grind (unless of course they have something to sell you).

You know the biggest issue--  NOTHING WAS DONE TO UPKEEP THE HOUSE.

Hi allI downloaded a form off of the internet for renting out real estate; I did sent it to an attorney and haven't heard anything back yet. 

My biggest issues is that there is one furnace for upstairs apartment and in basement is forced air heating.
