Are there differences in investing with different hotel brands (i.e. a Red Roof Inn versus a Hilton versus a Holiday Inn asset)?

Since it is a mixture, they are not able to drain it, so I have to get a hold of another company to give me an estimate.Thats no big deal oil and water will separate , you pump off the bottom using a clear hose as the discharge hose , once you see red you are into the good oil .

I also improved my marketing content and this netted my third deal:The Third DealMy current deal is a brick beauty in University Heights, a very desirable Cleveland Suburb.

The home also turned out beautifully.

The first red flag about this "deal" is that you're losing money every month and not actually cash flowing. 

Anyone with more experience see any red flags with this situation?

There is no general rule as to how much you need to put down on a deal.Syndicators, for the most part, don't put any of their money into a deal.That's the beauty of commercial real estate.  

Why has this beautiful, new construction Mcmansion, located south of  Annapolis and within commuting distance to D.C., on acreage in beautiful horse country, not sold after 12 years of being up for sale?

The place looks beautiful and the numbers look good!
