New guy here...Looking to meet other Nashville locals.

I'm looking at a 36 Unit Apartment Complex and I want the BP Community's opinion on whether this is a bad, decent, or good deal.Here is a copy of the listing below:Price: $1,000,000No.

Basically got every single fine detail of the house both good and bad never seen an inspection company as through as them and they charge like 300/350.

Or do you think a cautious approach is taken over the entire industry because of previous bad appraisals a few years back that created the collapse.

Also...the eviction process...this is literally my first property. 30-45 days I know....anything I should know that would help or from past good or bad experiences with this?

We sound like the start of a bad joke:  A retired attorney, and two Property Insurance guys walk into a bar... 

So I asked for any contact info because I was interested in buying and the guy just says ohh I'm going to buy it first.

I know some cities are really clamping down on AirBnb type rentals and regulating them (the way it should be, just like with hotels).What do you guys think???
