Also, I had crappy pictures for the rooms, so I replaced the light bulbs with bright white 800 lumens flood lights and staged the rooms a little bit and took new, better pics and that seemed to help boost interest enough to get more people to come out to the open house which eventually lead to me getting the two new tenants in place.

Right now I'm looking to learn all I can about the business and I've always believed that the best way to learn is by doing, so I think being a virtual assistant for a real estate investor would be a good way to increase my knowledge base.So essentially just looking for a place online where real estate investors would be looking for a virtual assistant, as well as what qualities or services they would look for so that I can try to provide those.

I would vet the person, confirm POF (proof of funds) if there is an LLC  the contract will be in (copy of docs confirming he has the authorization to sign on behalf of the LLC)and yes there are properties in the Atlantic County area under $100,000, but you will need to define the city and have an excellent Realtor to assist in the process (some areas taxes are higher).
