MOST hud houses where I am looking here,,,all say plumbing doesnt hold pressure,,,which in the frozen tundra means---the plumbing wasnt drained when the heat was shut off,,,,ie froze pipes thru out.

Know how long they take to sell at what prices, how nice the houses need to be, if they need tile, or vinyl, or central heat and air.
