@Shivam Patel Starting out I recommend long term SFR rentals.

I'd recommend connecting with @Stuart Udis and reading some excellent work on asset protection simplified and attend one of his educational events to learn more.  

After re-reading Pricelabs' section on their recommended base price not including all the various fees (not just cleaning, but for example, Airbnb's own fees, etc.), I've reformulated the base price to consider all these fees so that it better reflects the total price the guest is paying (independent of taxes).

If you haven't already joined the local real estate investing club I would recommend that as well.

Would you be willing to recommend/refer me to the specific provider on UpWork that you found and were happy with? 

I would definitely recommend at least prepping to get the property posted on the market.
