You mentioned you have started saving: Have you considered putting some of those savings Into the stock market(Index funds).

I’m more in the Modesto area, however, recently, have had to make trips all the way to to sac to stock on chlorine tablets, there is a shortage because apparently Louisiana hurricanes destroyed the plant responsible for a large portion of the overall supply.

Have a cash flow portfolio, I have long term stock investment for retirement, I want to grow another income stream with R.E. well ahead of 60 (I am 30). 

Also, in my personal opinion, if the interest rates are still low when you move, it might be a more lucrative option to finance the properties with 20% down and invest your cash in other places (stock market, gold, etc.) depending on the rate of returns you could get. 

Private money comes from an individual that is looking to invest some of their funds, typically because they want a higher return than the stock market can give them.

You only need to set up your listing, then find your cleaner and ask if they can stock the house with supplies when they clean.

In the NE PA area right now you cant find much housing stock cheap enough that can be flipped for a profit in a weeks work - more like a month or two. 

While real-estate moves slower than the stock market, it's very possible to miss a correction period.

My counter to that is most of these securities are blue chip stocks and one is a S&P 500 ETF.
